I got on to chat with their support to help me with setting up the VPN on my phone, and the person just strictly told me, "we do not support that." Then asked is there was anything else she could help me with So absolutely no help, and felt like she just wanted to get off the chat. I've been with them for almost a year now if not more service is great, just the support is horrible, not a way a customer should be helped, which has made me question whether I should change providers.
