Private Internet Access are asking people to review here, so I thought I'd throw in my tuppence. I feel that this is an average service that generally does what it says on the tin and is value for money. However.... Whilst I'm not sure I agree with previous reviews that gave low ratings because Netflix is blocking VPN providers in general, I do have to say that this service is not without problems. It is not uncommon for it to be slow for me, for the DNS to be faulty, and when I have previously contacted support I found the support completely useless. Luckily you can mostly just wait out any problems and it's back working within a few days.

I've had PIA for several years and other than the dns leaks and some of the "to smart for their own good" chat agents, it's been alright. Not all of us are on top of the technical aspects of PIA so a little consideration of this and patience would go a long long way. Hope you guys (PIA) read this!

Once I got the software configured to work with utorrent I haven't had a problem. Customer service is great. I just wish it wasn't via chat. But I guess that keeps the cost down.
