Been using it for almost 3 years now! They have very low pings, and a great download speed for a VPN, I usually get around 25MB/s. They also have a good variety of servers. My only setback is that the android app seems to disconnect and not reconnect every so often when the internet is bad(like at my work)

I been using PIA ever since my ISP started throttling streaming many years ago, maybe 4 years now. And PIA has always provided me with instant 1080p HD. Now PIA has no support for Netflix streaming, which is the only reason I am a customer with PIA. All I get is a black screen that says Whoops, something went wrong. So yeah inappropriate support for Netflix and I live in the same country as the Netflix CDN. I used to love PIA and Netflix, but now I despise both companies for ruining my families enjoyment of TV. I no longer use either of them, but I will come back once the insanity is resolved.

I tried another VPN provider and found it so slow its useless. Private Internet Access is fast, just as quick as sending my traffic direct. The one problem I had was quickly resolved by their support staff who could not have been more helpful. I am now well into my second year of using the service and have no plans to stop.

Used them for over 2 years was great lost about 30mps of my download speed but still OK... Being in Canada I used them for Hulu and ITV in UK now it is useless IP's leaked so no more UK ITV or Hulu and losing the Netflix soon I hear so I will not be using them... Have switched to SmartDNS and they supply free VPN so all is good for me (2years for $34.90) they even have a 14 day trial

Since I have Comcast as my ISP, I realized that I needed a VPN since Comcast doesn't take my security seriously. I did my research and found that Private Internet Access was the best one. I got signed up on a deal through Reddit and I have not regretted it. I use the mobile clients on my iPhone and Android tablet. I use both the Mac and PC versions and have never had any issues at all. Overall this is a great value for the money and I recommend it to anyone when they ask!

I set up an account with PIA several years ago, after a recommendation from a friend. Once set up on all my devices, I honestly forget that its an extra service I pay for. Its there when i need it, as if its part of my operating system. Once a year I get an email telling me that its been auto-renewed. Perfect. I have recommended PIA to about 8 of my friends, all of whom have signed up and love it. I will continue to use and recommend PIA as long as I have a need to use the internet...

Private Internet Access is very reliable and it's very simple to switch servers.I've had no service outages at all. Occasionally I notice a slight delay in response time, but nothing that's earth-shattering.

Works as expected and works a treat for Netflix across geographies. I have in the past had a few connection delays but insignificant considering how many years I have been a customer.

The speed is average. Quite often when you switch between servers it doesn't assign a new IP. Sometimes during switching, connecting, exiting or disconnecting I lose connection completely; my lan config is gone so I have to restart the PC. I wouldn't recommend it. There are better services out there.
