I have been running PIA for over 3 years and recommended it to anyone looking for a secure solution. It has a great client, works seamlessly in the background, and offers connection to so many countries that I have not yet found one missing! Of course it does slow your connection down a little by the nature of what it is, but in every other respect I cannot fault it. Great value for money, good licencing model.
Allows access to a lot of zones and just works.
Great service. Easy to use. Totally private browsing except that sometimes my connection will drop leaving me exposed so I have to monitor my connection. Overall I would and have recommended PIA to family and friends.
I have used PIA for 1.5 years now and have been more than happy with the service. My speed is a little faster with videos because verizon can't throttle my connection. I recommend PIA to anyone who will listen, it is absolutely essential if you use torrents, and affordable to most anyone.
Excellent service, set and forget, couldn't ask for more as far as the service goes, couple of little glitches recently in the accounts dept but easily overcome.
Great service and very happy the product. No speed issues at all only minor complaint would be sometimes it doesn't connect and drops out but that also may be my 8 year old PC. :-)
Thus far, PIA has been a fantastic service. Its simple, easy to use, reliable, and imminently useful. My privacy matters to me, and PIA has been a big help with that so far. Thanks!
Solid VPN. Easy to use, lots of options for access points.
Your ios app is worth than hell, It was okay before Ios 9. But after that, it disconnect every 5 minutes Do something about it or I switch to another one after my subscription is done with you.
PIA is an acronym for a pain in the a**, and this is appropriate for this company. The Android app still doesn't work after a couple years, the windows app still needs a third-party script to make it work with any decent firewall. The list of servers is so long that you have to scroll to exit the app, yet most of them are so slow as to be virtually useless...and you need to go to a website and test servers one by one to find a good one. My ISP is only 15mbps (at best), so there are three servers that can keep up. If I had a good ISP like Google or even FIOS, I doubt any PIA server could keep up. They are not adding bandwidth fast enough to keep up with the customers they are gaining, and they never address bugs, even when the community fixes the bugs and all they would have to do would be to include the fixes in new releases. Two years ago they were one of the best, last year they were still very good...this year they have fallen behind, and by next year they will probably be as relevant as AOL dialup.
