I am now in my second year with PIA and have never experienced any problems with my VPN connection. Speed is sometimes an issue but other factors may contribute to this. Overall, reliable and good value for money. Dropped a star for the occasional speed niggle.

The title pretty much sums it up. Have been a happy user for years, but lately every IP I get when connected is blacklisted for various uses. Update: This is not only related to geo-restricted content (which I can somewhat accept) but blocked forums and webpages requiring user verification (CloudFlare). I understand competitive prices services will be abused and the IPs blacklisted, but this creates problems and frustration for me.

I am happy to have the additional Android app to use the airport/cafe open internet with more protection as I travel a lot. There is quite an extensive list of servers to choose from from all around the world for such a small yearly fee. Sometimes there is some temporary latency issues during streaming when using the VPN from home on my fast cable internet connection. I also wish there was at least 1 Italian server to be able to watch Italian news outside of Italy. Maybe in a future expansion? I've never had a problem to contact support for.

I often have several devices connected to the internet simultaneously. Therefore, PIA's 5 device simultaneous connection allowance is fantastic. I used to maintain a subscription with another more expensive VPN provider for the greater number of servers it offered worldwide. However, PIA has improved dramatically in this regard over the past year or so. Servers are now available in many countries. I have found the speed and reliability of my connection to be very good. The annual subscription of $40 represents fantastic value.
