Twice now since December 15, my ISP has emailed me regarding downloading material.... And in both cases I called my internet service and they told me what movies I was downloading and my VPN was active in both cases. So I'm writing to say your VPN is a poor service as it does not do the most basic thing it's supposed to do. DO NOT RENEW SUBSCRIPTION

So far, so good. I was a bit disappointed there wasn’t a server closer to my location, but average speeds and latency have been very good. I have been recommending this service to everyone in the office. Follow-up - almost a month into using the service, everything is still working perfectly. I have been on a number of business trips around the US and service is incredible everywhere I have stayed. The service is great for everything from normal browsing and email, to heavier video streaming and gaming.

Doesn't work with BBC,Netflix or many other streaming sites connection is good. It can be slow some days. Ok for the price but not the best

I was hoping it would help me connect to the services that I pay for at home. Unfortunately it's flagged by ever service I subscribe to as a "Known VPN" service used to hide my IP, so I get blocked. I'm so glad that I only signed up for 1 month and not a full year. Sorry, but i don’t think i should be spending my time resolving these issues. This is your issue.
