Initiation was satisfactory but response time to early issues about subsequent inability to connect to their server was horrid - essentially unanswered for 71/2 hours. Not part of the VPN long enough to comment upon quality of that aspect, acknowledging it could not be worse!

Been using this VPN for around 5 years on and off, the price is good for the amount of servers and features. Sadly while connected I can't view local online content because I'm not a "local". Good support, Good prices and some awesome features. I was going to give 5 stars but with Kape Technologies to buy PIA I'm giving it 2 stars since Kape Technologies has been known to spread malware. Last week my PIA membership ran out and will not be renewed. PIA was one of the best VPNs.

Have been using PIA for a few years now and have never had any problems either with setup or use. Great to be able to use it on multiple devices and the wide range of servers mean that connection speeds are generally excellent. Had a few hassles changing from a monthly to annual subscription but otherwise very happy to recommend.
