PIA offre un très bon service clientèle mais il manque un soutien étendu pour la configuration du VPN sur les routeurs et les différentes distributions de LINUX. Un outil ou un courriel ( à la limite un SMS) pourrait informer quel port est ouvert lorsqu'une fois connecté. Présentement, il n'y a seulement un package d'installation pour UBUNTU. Il faut faire une installation manuelle pour les autres distribution de LINUX et il n'est pas possible de bénéficier de l'application qui fonctionne à merveille sur Windows et l'option du port forwarding n'est pas disponible. De plus, une fois le VPN configuré sur un routeur, l'option du port forwarding n'est pas disponible autre que par une configuration complexe par script. Sinon.... c'est un excellent service VPN

Occasionally my internet connection speed has been slower than it was before I got Private Internet Access, but most of the time I don't even notice that the service is running. Easy download / setup & no technical problems @ all. The increased security is worth more than the price of the service & I now consider having it a "no-brainer".

The client does have odd moments, particularly on Windows 10 - most notably the client will quietly exit occasionally. Other than that we're happy with the service, have signed on for a second year.
