After a lot of comparing reviews and prices I decided to give PIA a go. They have a whole lot of servers to choose from and I've never had any speed issues. It has been a pleasure to use for the most part. Initially, their software/client on Windows was a little buggy, but their recent updates have solved all issues I had. I've been satisfied enough for the past year that I signed up with them again. Highly recommended!

I signed up with PIA after recommendations from friends. It works to a point, but the speeds are very slow and worse than some free VPNs that I have tried. I initially contacted customer service within the 7 day money back period and they were polite and helpful. I contacted them with another query after the trail period had finished and the response was very curt and offered no help. I cannot recommend this service.
