I have been very happy with this service so far. They provide great features in their apps and so far customer service has been exceptional. I have tried a lot of different VPN options for Android and so far this is by far the best followed by CyberGhost. One of the most important things when looking for a VPN service is make sure they accept Bitcoin which they do. I am still experimenting with all the features and attempting to set up an Always On VPN for Android. To be completely honest this is about the fastest and best priced VPN service I have tried so far. As far as I can tell it's about as anonymous and secure as you can get on Android. I would like to see an automated server change feature built in. So you could tell the client to change servers every 10 minutes or whatever you like automatically. Also it would be nice if it would notify you when it blocks you from going to a website. In the Browser it just says connection refused and doesn't tell why. Usually it is the VPN client detecting tracking, but it should tell you that. That is the only thing I like about CyberGhost more, but this service is faster and less money. Other then that I really couldn't ask for a better service in this price range. Again I've been using this for only about a month, but so far I couldn't be happier and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for making a great product and not pricing it so high people can't afford to protect their right to privacy. This is not the America I grew up in unfortunately and in this day and age a good VPN is a must.

had a slow start setting it up on Fedora (wish they would offer an application similar to Ubuntu). Other then that the application is great, works good on mobile devices, no noticeable slow downs that you would typically see from VPN services.

My opinion only, spent over 7 hrs on there vpn set up on my new router. By the time I followed there directions, watched there you tube videos. I could not get to work. I also damaged my router by uploading there firmware. The nighthawk router is now a brick. Maybe there system is ok for a phone or desktop. You can forget about VPN on a router.

Tried a free service first. It loaded faster than PIA and seemed to work well, but it had almost no reviews and, for something like this, I wanted a well established and well reviewed company. It came down to two and PIA was the choice. It is fast and doesn't interfere with my internet speed. The only issue I had with it was the slow startup time, but that is what it is.

I have been using PIA for about a year now cross platform, my iphone, ipad pro, galaxy tab 4, Google smart TV and PC all connect through PIA. I have great speed as well as a multitude of server selections to insure anonymity.

I've had 3 VPN services to this point, with the first two being a mixed bag. HotSpot was quick but had a terrible interface and only worked sometimes. Tunnelbear was easy to use, but was slow and didn't allow many options. For only a few days of having it, I really like that Private Internet Access has different options that are easy enough for my wife to navigate, but strong and fast enough to really function properly when I need it to. Very, very happy. ALso, cheaper than other options which is astounding.

I find the ease of use of this program a great advantage compared to other VPN's.
