I just purchased a year of PIA after learning that vypr vpn logs your original ip and notifies you of dcma claims. Pretty sure PIA doesn't do this. Great service for torrenting and easy to install and even easier to use. No awful UI, just simple in your toolbar.

I like the simple UI and the ease of use. However, because of the relatively limited number of servers (none of which are close to South Africa), I am experiencing speed (approximately a third of the usual speed). Sometimes the speed is not noticeably slower but that is not the case most of the time.

Has increased my confidence in web browsing knowing(hoping) I am now anonymous and therefore a little more secure. I've certainly noticed a speed reduction of more than 10% so being able to check connection speeds without having to always disconnect/reconnect with different server locations would benefit ...especially when streaming / downloading movie content. It's only been a week or so and am still adjusting and learning the features.

Setup was straightforward and the price is definitely reasonable. I went ahead and paid for the full year based on reading good reviews. I have had no issues so far. One of the IPs that I was using at one point was actually blocked from Craigslist for some reason, but obviously that was easy to fix and completely understandable. I notice no difference in max bandwidth or latency, nor do I get any packet loss when connected to any of the servers I have tried. The program itself is unnoticeable in the background. I would recommend this company.
