Within 2 minutes, I received my login for PIA (private internet access) and I connected instantly and it worked right off the bat. I have yet to find an issue with it and I am extremely happy with what I payed for. The one year deal is the best and I highly recommend buying that package. I ran into one issue with a contest website. I was unable to connect and I was wondering why. I emailed customer support and I received a response the same day. The support person was extremely nice and told me that the website I was trying to access blocked vpn's so people wouldn't enter more than once in a contest. That was understandable. What I found very cool was that he was using the company's VPN and tried accessing the site himself. This company is great and I recommend it to anyone! .

I've had no trouble at all getting PIA set up on Win10 and iOS10. When I've had questions, customer service has replied almost immediately. Everything seems to work just like it's supposed to.

Used them for a year and just renewed for a second. Never had any speed issues and the connection never dropped. Very reliable and a large choice of countries to connect to. It was also easy to set up on my PC and ipad.

PIA is really really great, no doubt about that. But I've faced 2 situations & both r seriously problematic for me. 1) Although it has an integrated 'kill switch'...still that doesn't work as expected. Once , I shut down the PC & then come back to it later, if the 'kill switch' is active, it won't let me connect to my ISP. I always need to keep that option 'unchcked'. 2) For some unknown reason, if I check the option, that PIA should start with Windows, then again I face serious problems, as PIA somehow manages to vanish my original IP Address from the Network>Control Panel...so, I need to 'uncheck' that option too, keep a shortcut of PIA in my taskbar & after I connect to my ISP, then start PIA manually. other than these 2 peculiar problems, PIA is extremely good, that's why keeping in mind the problems I'm facing, I've still managed to give it a full 5 stars.
