Decidí bajar un VPN porque quiero empezar a estudiar las redes, navegar con Tor y demás. Estoy empezando pero quería un VPN completo para que me sirviera cuando haga cosas más avanzadas y estoy feliz con este, hasta lo bajé en mi iPhone 7 y sirve genial.

Can not use mail (sending) if PIA is active. For the rest PIA is working, no limit in (download/upload) speed. Easy to install and use.

I think this is the best VPN service out there for multiple reasons but mainly the price, the easy it's to set it up, it lets you choose what kind of encryption you want to use and it explain you the difference/advantages of using one over another one, it has plenty of documentation online, the support team is pretty knowledgeable, it supports awesome open source projects like freenode, linux mint, etc. This service is definitively the best of the best. I wish one day I can be part of your team guys! Keep up the good job!

Easy setup of VPN service, nice looking apps for Windows and Android. The only thing missing is a working system, everyone I know who started using PIA is experiencing very frequent interruptions of service. Those interruptions require logging out and in, in the meantime your privacy protection is gone. No help from PIA, the company seems too busy making promises. No response from helpdesk after mentioning these problems, other than a automatic reply suggesting reinstalling of the software (which did not help a bit).

I went through several review sites and the main "complaint" was that PIA was "no frills" and that some people may need to be reassured that it's running... Easy enough, check your hidden icons to see if it's green (running) or red (not). It's also very easy to control from the same access point by right clicking on the icon. It's so minuscule, I freak'n love it!

As an IT expert I loved the idea of paying for vpn service and I was recommended this from various YouTube channels like Tek Syndicate and Spatry. The payment process was simple and it was awesome that they accept payments through paypal. Then I go to install the vpn program on Windows 10 and it got stuck at a particular point. This was a bit confusing but a simple reboot of my pc fixed the issue. Maybe if the installer could be more user friendly for lesser technically inclined people then that would be great but overall I cannot fault their product :)
