I've only been using this for a week now, but the installation was straightforward and everything seems to be working as advertised. I'm currently using this under Windows 8 and Android 5 with no hiccups. I started to install TunnelBear, but after reviewing the specs and so on, I concluded that PIA was a far better solution - and cheaper too.

Hello I am a new customer but till now no problems its very easy to setup just download the prog. Install username and password and it works. And cheap , they sad your down speed will be less but i cant say thats true . I use ios devices. I used the support twice and they helped me very fast Gr the netherlands

PIA has a super simple set up, and is very easy to use (and easy to shut off if you want to check your email or watch Netflix). I had some questions on setting up a proxy (which comes with your VPN subscription), but it was easy to search the help/community boards and my questions were answered. I'm still a new user, but I haven't experienced any issues. I'm quite happy with Private Internet Access!!
