I am not a computer savy individual. Software and I just don't get along. This truly should have been a simple program to install. Even though there were glitches in the install (all on my end) customer support was there to help within minutes of my e-mails. And to boot, this was on Christmas weekend. Well done people. Ken

The VPN Connection is very slow. I have fiberglass internet with 100mBit+ speeds and can only get about 500 kb/s with VPN on. Due to the VPN, the connection is also very unstable and on mobile devices (iPhone 5 and 6) I usually need to disable and enable the VPN before I start doing anything to get the internet going. So, my conclusion: very slow, very unreliable connection. Wouldn't buy it again.

Honestly PIA VPN is the most reliable and effective VPN service I've ever used/experienced. I really like that it gives u plenty of options/configurations that are easy to use and understand, and still based on OpenVPN, but not with all the hassle of configuring.

So far I've really been enjoying this service, it's a lot cheaper than others, the price it's truly great. Also it connects automatically after a loss of connection to the vpn which other services like this don't do. I really like that I can connect to all the different servers located in different countries giving me more choices and I have purchased a yearly subscription.

Excellent in every way. Easy install on mobile devices and on my Linux desktop and laptop. Very minimal impact on connection speed. Mostly purchased for the much needed security when connecting to public wifi locations like airports, libraries and coffee shops. Happy with the easy setup, quality, and customer service following up with me to see if I was happy with it and/or needed assistance. Very very highly recommended.
