The experience with PIA was very poor. I was unable to TALK with anyone! Only email messages with tons of technical stuff to do. I'm not going to spend an entire day just trying to do a TOTAL uninstall without success. As far as I'm concerned, I'm cancelling my subscription as soon as I can get the stuff TOTALLY uninstalled. If this is how VPN has to work, then I don't want to even try and use it!

Used this service for about a year and it was pretty good with an occasional slow service. Dropped the service because I don't like the automatic renewal. Decided to sign up again and can not connect, this is no fault or lack of service advise from their help desk just got tired of trying to get it to work.

I've worked in IT for 25 years - and this is literally the easiest setup I've ever encountered. I just didn't know that anyone could make VPN access for a MAC user, in home so simple. I'll recommend this service to anyone who needs it for sure.

Started using this VPN before their linux client was created and having to manually install openvpn and find the .ovpn files was getting exhausting after doing it the fourth time. Looked recently to see if they had a actual graphical client and they finally do and so far it works great.

i have a plan for 1 year but from 3-4 days i get disconnect from every server every 2 hours . I was looking on the internet for others vpn websites and PIA dose not let you to access others vpn websites hahahaha .....so sorry PIA . And YES i can`t connect to ibvpn thru PIA i was check it . And if you can see i am not the only one that have problems with the Unstable connection ;) every 2-3 hours disconnect.
