it has been a week now and still not connected this all came about because I misspelt the password wrong so still not connected you have to be an it engineer to correct the mistake it would be nice and simple to uninstall and reinstall thanks Terry

I tried to send them many emails to know how to use the service with certain products. and each time they reply the same written answer without any solution, as if they do not care. :(

I have 5+ devices to cover. iPhone/Ipad + a number of Macs. Overall, I got nothing for my money. iPhone. iPad apps loose connections all the time. PIA service recommends to use openVPN. The connections keep being lost, but there's no auto reconnect. Macs also loose connections often. In some cases the reconnect does not happen. Service guys try their best, analyse logs etc., but at the end the service is pretty much worthless. Overall, a waste of money.

Come da titolo riscontro problemi con la connessione del servizio sul sistema operativo Linux, e il ping è parecchio più alto rispetto al solito con il vpn attivo, quindi non eccezionale per fare un pò di gaming. Per il resto devo dire che va tutto bene ?
