I have used PIA VPN for 3 years now. I had a hiccup on renewal this year and I had to set up a new account. I had an issue with logging in. I sent a help request in and I received a response in what I believe was a reasonable amount of time. I have no problems with the service and I am always responded to when I ask questions.
