I have used PIA in the past and although I could not imagine it working more easily, they have improved it. It is extremely simple to install, implement and use as well as transparent during use. There has not been a single period during which it occurred to me to wonder if PIA was somehow involved in the daily workings of my system. It's invisible - just the way I like it.

I have been very patient with P.I.A. I have done more "Send Slow Speed Complaints" than I care to admit. I have tried many of their connection options within the US (where I live) and many foreign countries to see if certain websites would work.... NOPE! amazon prime... doesn't work with US address (but shows the innocuous "Service Area Restriction. This video isn't available due to geographical licensing restrictions") FYI No location works. Many of the colleges and educational facilities I work with just time-out. I also checked this against 3 browsers: Firefox (preferred) Chrome (If I have to use it, I will but I hate Google) MS Edge - (Seriously I HAVE to actually use this leaky piece of junk) None of them worked! This is just a ridiculous mess.
