Setup was easy, and I haven't noticed any reduction in speed or bandwidth, the main down side usually mentioned in using a VPS. I have had a couple of questions, and their customer service was friendly and helpful. I did have one forum refuse membership due to my unverifiable IP address, but simply shut down PIA temporarily to join.

Does everything needed without glitches. Good interface and good installation software. Speedy connections and many locations to connect to in the US. Best of all those VPN services that I have tried and offer coverage of 5 devices.

So far so good. Speeds were a bit iffy at first, but after some research and adjusting I am now reaching normal internet speeds. I am also a fan of the non-intrusive interface. Having a little bit of difficulty with my torrent client, but hopefully I can resolve the issue soon.

No issues with p2p . Works well on both PC and android. Speed acceptable Should provide a more user friendly way to use dns server alt. Like opendns but otherwise great. Good choice of serves to connect to and pdotects privacy on the internet.

TERRIBLE!!! 1. VPN did not work for me (and I did all the standard VPN troubleshooting) 2. Even though I submitted a number of tickets - I have not received any response 3. Even though I am within the free 7-day period I cannot get confirmation of refund. When I cancelled the service, the response was that I was still getting charged for an entire year. Almost seems like a scam, FOOTNOTE: The generic (computer generated) reply that the company responded to this review with is the exact same one you receive each time you submit a support ticket. More support that this company should not be trusted.

This is my first experience with a VPN service. I based my decision to purchase it on it's robust protection, and it's great ratings with several tech sites. With that said, I'm giving it 3 stars not on it's protection or utility, but on it's very minimal user friendly interface. I'm not a techie or power user, and i find trying to manage it frustrating and difficult to use. Hey PIA, please make the user interface more intuitive and user friendly for non-techies like me. If i had it to do over again, I'd would've probably went with NordVPN. Their user interface is much, much better from what i can tell.

IPN works okay with decent speed but there are some issues. Often doesn't start automatically when I start my computer or takes a long time (10+ minutes) to start on its own. Some problems with maintaining connection-at times will drop connection multiple times in a short period of time.
