I am having trouble with activation with my iPhone and iPad. I left the info and all I got back was they weren't aware of any problem not how to fix it or how to activate it. I was sent a app that makes me pay again I already paid And no one has helped me. I am not happy. They still didn't fix it and they wont refund my money. I still paid for it and I cant use the service. They apologize but told me I'm on my own. Dont use it!!!! Rip off

Easy so use but at times makes internet access either a bit slow or it freezes up- not for long. I can always turn Trust Pilot off briefly.

Great, VPN software is easy to settup, customer service is good. Been using them for a couple years now with no issues. The only issue i really have isnt an issue at all. It generates a user name for security reasons and you cant change that, i understand why and actually think its a good thing but at the same time its kind of annoying because its a random string of numbers and letters and i cant always remember it if i have to reinstall the software lol. Other than that great product and service.

Second time using their yearly service! They do amazing work and you can't complain with the price. Amazing speed and variety. Only real problem is that Netflix doesn't allow you to stream while on the VPN but that's all VPNs. Keep up the good work.

I have only been using PIA for a week and had never used a VPN before, but FWIW: I chose the service because it was the cheapeast of two that came recommended from different sources (the other one was Freedome). The price is low, the setup is as easy as can be, and it barely decreases my speed (I get 7Mbps at home). Couldn't be better.
