Working well so far. Slows Internet down a bit.
When looking for a VPN, I sought out to find one that doesn't track/log my online usage... and in searching I found that PIA is a PC Mag Editor's Pick, but also mentioned by name in a FBI report... namely that the person they were investigating was using PIA, and they were unable to get anything meaningful from PIA. That was enough to seal the deal that they really enable anonymous browsing. Ease of use: This is so super easy... just sign-up, install, and enjoy! I use it across two MacBook Pros and two iPhones, and it's working across all of them minutes after I purchased and installed. Speed: I see a couple concerns about speed, but I haven't seen any issues there. Just last night I ran Techet's Net Analyzer (highly recommended) on my iPhone 7 Plus and my wife's iPhone 6S... both pulled down just over 45Mbps, which is accurate to my Internet service. In actual usage, I've also not noticed anything slowing down.
So far so good. Checking my ip accross 3-5 different ip locators it has been solidly reporting various locations far from myself. Seems very safe. Although there isn't much of a user interface, aside from a pop up menu buried in your bottom right corner icon tray, it remains simple to use and fast to navigate to and initiate. I wish there were more options and better integration into windows 10 but for being the cheapest VPN I could find I'm pleased to report that I'm happy with the overall experience and use. I do appreciate the fact they do not store your ip's on any type of server. A definite plus. I would highly recommend this product to those in need of privacy and those who value anonymity.
The personnel at Private Internet Access were extremely responsive and helpful when I didn't understand a particular instruction. They made sure that I did understand it and that everything was operating properly. Everything is working exactly the way I had hoped it would and I give them the strongest recommendation.
Easy setup on the devices I wanted support on. Great options and performance so far, much more flexible than my previous VPN, and for a much cheaper price. Only options are that I wish there was an option to toggle the VPN off when connected to certain WIFI networks on my phone and I wish they weren't blocked by Netflix, but those are so minor and/or have workarounds that require just a little bit of work. 5 stars happily

Download, set a VPN location, set it to run on startup, you're set. Simple, painless, perfect for those "set up and go" type of users. Plus, you dont notice it, besides a little icon in the system tray. Highly recommended.
The thing that made me choose PIA over the stiff competition it faces is its customer service. I was stunned quite literally seeing how responsive these guys are. They engaged me on twitter on email and in every way that was comfortable for me. They did not give me standard canned responses and curt procedural replies. Went out of their way to make new things happen for my particular requirement. Now I know they are not a small startup and service thousands of customers and yet - this personal touch helped them win me over! Happy camper here :)
I added the app to my iPhone. I don't even notice a degradation in speed at all. I can still stream videos via Periscope and receive push messages such as email as if I wasn't using a VPN at all. I used to use Betternet, but certain apps were simply not usable at all. Forget using Periscope with Betternet. Private Internet Access is super fast and my phone is always connected to the VPN. It simply just works.
I don't notice it, which is ideal.
