I really like this company, their VPN is very good. They have a lot of servers in lots of different places. Most of the times the servers are not bad with speed. The highest download speed i got was 130mbit/second. (I have a home connection of 300mbit/second). This is decent for the price that you pay for the VPN. I also like the ability to portforward. And one of the best things is the wide multiplatform support and apps. I do recommend this VPN provider to anyone looking for a good and secure VPN.

Very happy with Private Internet Access. A friend recommended it to me, and I have since done the same to a few friends. It worked right out of the install file, Its easy to use and easy change the settings if you want to, but almost no need to adjust anything. Thanks for taking all the hard work, out of setting up a VPN. Cheers Peter

I'm from Brazil and PIA VPN has a lot of payment methods for my region, they use Paymentwall to handle payments. They have a lot of servers on my country with an excellent connection speed. The only problem is that port forwarding is not enabled on Brazil. Excellent client support. 4/5.

Once this is setup correctly it works a treat. I cancelled my subscription after having major disconnect issues, but now I know how to set the system up for my type of use and, it works.

Initial setup didn't work for me due to user/password issues. I submitted a help desk ticket with no response in over 16 hours. When the help desk finally responded, I was able to install without problems. I was able to get all my FireStick, cell phone & tablet connected properly but have not figured connecting the GooBang Doo box yet.

#1: This VPN service is too slow compared to others. #2: When I connect to any VPN server, I cant send emails with my desktop email client. And the best part is: #3: Some big sites (like google, twitch and many others) have blacklisted many IP addresses of PIA, so you can't use those sites! You even get fraud notifications, if you try to make a payment online on some sites! Conclusion: This VPN service is useless and harmful especially for business users. UPDATE: After some research I have discovered the fact, that PIA is blocking the email port, so you can‘t sent emails from your desktop or smartphone, when you use their VPN service. Think twice before buy from them!
