Cancelled the subscription as i didnt want a full year subscription. No communication what-so-ever till now. No sign of refund even though i had cancelled it within 7 days of subscription.
I had bought the VPN package for 1 year 6 months ago as it was the cheapest deal. I had no issues until recently, where I quickly learned that the customer support provided by this company is terrible. If you want a VPN and can be sure you won't ever need any help, it's alright. But the support is shocking, in my view it's best to stay away from this provider and find one that actually has a customer support team.
Solid service, very easy to use and set up, extremely reasonable pricing, very helpful customer support. They're great.

They do not respond to tickets. I can't connect to VPN due to restrictions in my country, and sent 6 tickets in 4 days but no one replies me. I bought 1 year subscription for about 40 USD, don't remember it clearly. I bought it before because guy in support said "It will reduce your game ping" but it didn't, so I got a refund. This time, I've requested a refund again but sadly no one replies me. Stay away.

With their silence after several tickets they speak clear language. Does not work, or does it? Maybe sometimes! I have been had.
New customer. Changed from a previous VPN service that worked very well because this was cheaper. My bad - this one is terrible. No connection after multiple attempts. Several welcoming emails from them but no response after waiting 5 days for "24/7" support. I have requested a cancel and refund and if I don't get it will contest the CC charge.
Seems to work as intended, but definitely has a noticeable effect on the internet speed so far. Sometimes it seems fine and normal but other times it definitely slows down.
Client depuis peu mais à date, service impeccable, fonctionne très bien pour le moment. Très satisfait !!! ?
