Easy to use and awesome. PIA has been easy to use, set up, and pay. Would recommend over any other VPN. I used TunnelBear and PIA makes it easy to use on all platforms and devices.

First the great: The speed and performance on PIA is excellent. The Android apps are a bit rudimentary in their user interface, and don't allow easy choice of server within a country, but they work as designed. Now the Friction: The windows platform could really use an app. It takes some time to set up, and again, you can't choose individual servers. But, it works, and is fast. Finally, their customer support is simply the worst in the industry. I have submitted several tickets and had not a single one answered, The upside is that it forced me to solve my own problems. The warning is that if you don't have the technical skills to solve your own problems, this might not be your solution. I am going to keep it now that I have it running, but I tried much easier solutions.

i bought one year pia package. but it is not working in turkey this year. i used to use pia two years ago, so i know how to install and use. but this year its not working (no connection to any server). i wanted help from pia via email but i had no answer. it has been two weeks. then i wanted refund, again no answer yet. beware off!!!!!

I am connected for long periods at a time and I know that no-one can see what data is flowing from me to the net. I know that PIA is not the cheapest around but I do know that they are among the best at keeping my data secure and that I am willing to pay a little more for. Seriously worth a look at people.

Best vpn service ever every thing fine good but suddenly there coustermar service getting very very poor i can't even contact them they don't have live chat thats not a problem problem is they have only email chat so when we send mail to them they didn't replay probably i have send mail to them more then 6 day ago but stil no replay thats the very big issue so we can't even trust anymore

Very fast VPN with many servers around the world, also has the internet kill switch which makes remaining anonymous much more effective. The only other feature I would want is to have the option to monitor my traffic like a firewall and allow or deny services to some outbound request which may contain private data, thereby nullifying anonymity. Other than that, I love this VPN service!

I've had the service for about 2 weeks and so far everything seems to be working as advertised. It was easy to purchase and set up. So far very happy with this service, I haven't need to contact support.
