I sent a request for assistance since it will let me login on my mobile application, and never heard anything. I then canceled 24 hours later, and still haven't heard anything. They charged my PayPal immediately, but I can't get any response or refund. Absolutely no customer service or support. If I don't have my refund within 48 hours I will contest it with PayPal!

I sent a cancellation request within the first hour since it was not what I was looking for. I haven't heard about my refund yet. However, they promptly charged my credit card immediately after I registered. No ethics and zero customer service!

Never responded to any of my service tickets and was problematic and SUPER SLOW... they offer 24/7 customer service... Hahahahahahahha 0/7 service is what is reality...! Impossible to access the refund when I wanted to cancel on third day... no phone number to call.. THOUSANDS of negative reports online... So I called my credit card company and denied to pay charge and they charged back PIA.. Changed and went with Express VPN... OUTSTANDING and service is INSTANT.. Go to hell PIA
