This is quite too slow, and checking many of their servers in the states on whoer.net it is either blacklisted or low anonymity . I will definitely ask for a refund

Used the service a while back, but got very low speeds and eventual loss of connection. Thought it might be my old win7 pc and unsubscribed. Now with a new win10 laptop decided to try again, but immediately after connecting got the same problem. After couple of minutes complete loss of connection. Anyway, not recommended.

I must admit I was very wary that PIA was the real deal. There are so many VPN services out there on the internet - however they all look dodgy! These guys looked more professional so I signed up for 1 month to check them out. Using the service was easy. And it works! Speed is compromised a little, but then I am in the Southern Hemisphere and are now routing all traffic on my PC via the USA and back again so that is to be expected. Really easy to disconnect and reconnect when required. Recommend you check them out!
