I purchased a years worth of PIA's VPN service and have yet to access it. It has been a week I followed as prompted to change my email and password after signing up and I can't access my account with my information or the old log in info. So I thought maybe it was just a technical error(not a big deal) I even thought maybe this was my ignorance. So I moved forward to contact customer service and still to this day have not received word back from both tickets I've put in for help. But I did receive an email to leave a review so that's why I'm doing.

Seguridad, sin medias tintas. Eso define para mí, a Private Internet Access. Dados los más recientes escándalos de espionaje de mi gobierno, y los que se desconocen pero son un secreto a voces, mi decisión fue utilizar un proveedor de red privada virtual internacional, con la mejor reputación del mercado. Además, la posibilidad de usar servidores con IP de Estados Unidos (o cualquier otro) y no estar prohibido ni limitado el uso de torrents o transferencia masiva de datos, me dan la certeza de que es la mejor opción, entre todas.

No service ie zero. It's like a dead letter office. It would be difficult to cal it a service.

I used this service without problems for 4 months, and then in June I was told that I was not paid up to date. Funny, because I have an automatic payment with Paypal that did go thru, and also the charge was deducted from my bank account. I then called Paypal to confirm that I was in fact paid up to date. I let PIA know this fact, but they again sent me an email 3 days later that I was not paid up to date for June. I again contacted Paypal who became bewildered by this claim, as was I, and Paypal said they would contact PIA for me too. I again responded to PIA with 10 consecutive emails that Paypal verified again that I was paid up to date, and that Paypal would also be contacting them. Three days late, in the middle of using PIA, my service was turned off, leaving me vulnerable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the end, I had Paypal dispute the transaction, and within less than 24 hours PIA refunded the $6.95 for the month of June that I supposedly never even paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The people running PIA are complete idiots who have horrible customer service. ALL of my emails were completely ignored, as was Paypal's. Unless you want to run the risk of having your service turned off, even though you paid for it, leaving you vulnerable, avoid this service at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most affordable VPN that is also very fast. No logging, no issues with p2p, movies download in 10 minutes. And $3.33 a month for unlimited unthrottled service? Awesome!!!

Technisch: Zeer tevreden! Amper snelheidsverlies te merken op mijn 100mb lijn. Zeer tevreden ivm compatibiliteit tussen Windows, MacOS, IOS, Linux (= Edgerouter). Echter slechte ervaringen met het registreren van mijn account. Zeer slechte afhanndeling met betaling via Paypall en AmazonPay. Meerdere malen, zelfs meerdere dagen mee bezig geweest. Uiteindelijk is het gelukt, maar ik vrees dat het meer dan 1x aangerekend zal worden. Ik wacht nog steeds op een antwoord van de helpdesk (telefonisch zijn ze onbereikbaar, heb een ticket aangemaakt per mail, maar antwoord en oplossing blijft uit).
