It works great for my Android phone, other than that it drains a lot of battery. It didn't work in my Lubuntu 16.04 system (although it should), nor does it seem to for anyone else. I use a fix through openvpn to take care of this though.

Hi, For some reason my password keeps expiring and when I opened a ticket the person who helped just kept telling me to reset the password and nothing would happen. After a few months I finally gave up and now live with the fact that I have too keep fixing my password every month or two. I was a billed in Feb & Jun of the same year and accidentally paid the 2nd billing in June. I opened a ticket and have been waiting 2 weeks for someone to get back to be to refund the 2nd bill. Now, I just got a subscription expiration notice which is baffling because I have paid TWICE this year. All in all, I would likely recommend people avoid this service.

CUSTOMERSERVICE is awful. I need to pay for tech to fix what installing did to my PC. They send emails telling me they're really busy with requests for help. Swell. I didn't pay to get ignored. Find a company that has acceptable customer service

I never give anything a full-on 5.0 after just one year of use. Seems to do its job well in the areas it covers, as web privacy goes. Neither this nor any VPN service should ever be confused with good security and anti-virus/anti-malware protection. Together, they offer the best combination to protect you. Just remember that it can't protect you from YOU!
