I am an IT professional and after trying several other top rated VPNs that turned out to be slow and laggy, I settled on PIA VPN not only because of ease of use but it consistently provides fast service at a good price. I am very happy with the service
I've tried contacting support via chat three times and gave up. I need to use PIA to create a tunnel between my home and my office and can't find an answer anywhere - even "No" would be an answer. While the lights come on and the application sys connected, I don't know if it is actually working or it's just a show.
Je l'utilise depuis 2 ans, rien à redire. Facilité d'installation aussi bien sous Linux que sous Windows. Débits très corrects sur une majorité de serveur. Jamais eu de déconnexions. Prix très contenu. SAV très réactif (J'avais perdu mes identifiants).

I have tried many VPN providers. There is no match for PIA. The installation is easy. The support is extensive, I didn't have to talk to support at all, because there was so much help available on the website itself. I recommend it to anyone who simply wants a no-nonsense solution with good speed and a wide choice of servers.
I've been using P.I.A for a few years now and have always found it to be very reliable, up to date with patches and fixes and have great customer service. Also, the price is great. Privacy matters.
Do not buy this! While the VPN itself has some nice features the company behind it is a mess. The first order I placed apparently went through but the pass through link was broken so I never received confirmation or the login information. It appeared as though it crashed. A couple weeks later I had time to look at it and ordered it again. Big mistake. The reset password feature is broken, their online chat is literally non functioning, they don’t follow up when you submit a support ticket. The form itself is so outdated it’s not even possible to communicate currently version. The only reason they respond was because I went to Facebook and all I got was an email that confirmed I had an account but still no help. So three weeks into a subscription and lots of frustration I still can’t use the VPN on my other devices. Spend the extra money and choose a company that is established. The tech reviews don’t take into consideration whether the company itself is competent
I signed up for the VPN service and it said I would get my username and password soon. Never received it. So I sent in ticket for help and waited three more days until I received a response thanking me for my ticket and to rate service. I still have not received my username or password. I guess I will cancel service and ask for refund to credit card.
Basically an excellent service, VPN runs nice on my Mac and iOS devices, customer service is fast and super helpful. The only thing which did not work was that I can setup DNS on my LG TV and my Apple TV. Rest assured once this is a feature PIA can be very recommend and is again a real option for me.
After 4 years of almost daily use of PIA, I am very statisfied of their services. Support is rarely needed (only had an issue once) and very competent and helpful, responding the same day as I contacted them. The VPN works perfectly, with sub 40 ms ping masmy area (only 20 ms over my performances with PIA off), allowing gaming and streaming with no issue. The sofware is very nice and easy to use, integreating seemlessly with window's interface. 10/10
