Concerns over parent company as they don't have the best reputation for privacy, but the product works well, with many servers, fast speeds, features and very good pricing. Personally, I would recommend it as much as any VPN, especially as it was not founded by its parent company, and was established with a no logging policy, which I believe they have continued, if you take their word for it.

В январе купил на 1 месяц сервис ВПН, но скорость у них самая маленькая по сравнению с другими провайдерами предоставляющие такие услуги. Я запросил возврат денег НО деньги не приходили. После того как я через месяц обратился к ним - они сказали что месяц прошел и денег не вернут. НЕ советую никому !

Stay away, it's a scam. I had to pay for a whole year, yet I cannot access certain sites, like Netflix. They refused to refund me, and basically suggested I should find some use for their service.

Had been using PIA since 2013. Great no-logs service. Recently I had been facing connectivity issues while connecting to VPN servers on mobile networks. As of now, I am not using it now since I moved out to country with less internet surveillance. Might be subscribing back once I need PIA anytime!

PIA's services are generally good and the connections fast. But the customer support is very patchy. Sometimes I get a good and clear reply, but sometimes the replies are either not related to what I've said, or (in one case) so ludicrous that I thought initially that it must be a joke. In addition, my closest server location sometimes becomes unusable. Their solution "use a different port" doesn't work. When my subscription is up, I'll definitely shop around. I'm fairly happy, but not locked in.
