Ik heb PIA nu een kleine week na een jaarabonnement te nemen en ben zeer tevreden tot nu toe. Alles werkt perfect en van snelheidsverlies merk je amper iets . Top !!!!

Worked on my Android. Worked on my Windows machine. Didn't work on my Linux Mint 18 machine which is my primary machine. I followed instructions and installed it. When I try to connect it just gives me the message (connecting). Then it times out and it says disconnected. I created a support ticket and I am still waiting for a response 5 days later. So far, not satisfied at all. If you have Linux, find another VPN provider.

I Love PIA. But cannot understand why it's so difficult to change from one payment plan to another! I've had to cancel my PIA account (and also cancel my paypal payment) then rejoin, simply because I want to go from a 6 month plan to yearly. This means a new customer number and password, AGAIN! This is twice now that I've had to do this, and PIA seem unable (or unwilling) to fix this simple issue for their paying customers. It's ONLY the great speeds that make PIA my 1st choice, but if that changes.......?

Love the interface of the Windows software, and that they have a server in Dallas. Exceeded expectations. Have not noticed any drop in speeds when connected.

Easy to get started on PC and Mac, guides and knowledge articles were available to setup opendns on other devices. Speed and quality at a reasonable price. Mac software could do with a refresh as it will not disconnect or exit on my machine. But works at its main task.

BEST VPN AVAILABLE! PIA is by far the best choice for a VPN by far. Setup is a breeze, and there is virtually zero slowdown when I'm behind it (unlike IPVanish, which cut my speed by 80-90%). The system is stable also, with virtually no disconnects. I would highly recommend this VPN to anyone who needs one!
