Support team is non-existent.Sent 3 emails asking for support regarding issues I have encountered regarding installation and application, and did not get a single reply. Out of frustration, i requested to have my account cancelled and avail of the 7-day return policy to get a refund, but still no reply. The 7-day return window is almost over. You may have the best value in VPNs but you support team is the worst ever!
