PIA works great I was worried about my ip leaking with other vpn's I have tried but it doesn't leak with PIA it's a great vpn have had no trouble

After watching a review about this service on youtube by David a Cox it convinced me the free one I was using was rubbish so I followed the link he provided and I am delighted with the service I have had no problems whatever and I highly recommend it.

I've been trying to get a refund of my 7 day trial for the past week, but haven't gotten a reply back from anyone! Emailed them and submitted support questions from the website. Haven't heard from them and unable to find a contact phone numberll! ***** I see the response but no way to reply back to you. There's no name or email address. As far as the ticket number, all I received was a request number of 429424 and my order number is 7429642. I purchased the service on 8/25 and have been requesting a refund since 8/29.

I've only recently signed up for this service. I enrolled for 1 year to start, but I'm regretting not doing the month to month subscription to start with. I've been unable to get my router configured for this VPN service. I've submitted two help tickets. The initial ticket I submitted through the help desk page. The second I submitted a day later, when I got an e-mail asking if I needed any help. Thus far, I've received no response to either ticket (it's been 3 days). Ticket #'s are 430986 & 432132.

well just started using it feels more secure online now & i am also able to do a whole lot more although i have noticed tho some site's have IP Blocker "blockers" (IE) NetFlix Will Not Unlock 2 Any Ip But My Own..Other Than That Is Gr8 Product !!!!!

The connection itself is great. It never drops without user intervention. The drawbacks are there is no option for refreshing your IP address automatically and OpenVPN is the only protocol available.

I'm a new member so until I find out out for sure it helps with torrenting I can't judge but I have had to turn it off to use certain apps, like dominoes pizza app lol. It won't let me order if I'm listed in another country, which is to be expected. The price is better than most so for now we wait and see.

I am a brand new member and have two request "tickets" in for answers from PIA. I sent those requests in TWO DAYS AGO, and I have received no responses.... WHY?
