When the personal VPN didn't work as I needed it to, on 17, Sept. 2017, the same day the opening of my account, I asked for a full refund. On the 18th I sent another request, one to the helpdesk email account and the other was a direct form, that I filled out, on their website. According to them a subscription is subject to refund if requested within 7 days. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Zero zilch nada customer service. I have been charged twice and still don't even know if the product is installed or not. I have written the company several times but NOONE even bothers to get back with me to help me out. Terrible Terrible Terrible. My order numbers are: 1) 7595794; and 2) 75957784
