I have used PIA earlier, but this time the speeds are very poor. I have asked for a refund within 2 days which is well within their policy of 7 days for refund. They are ignoring my service requests and multiple follow-up emails for Refund. Edit: Didn't know how to reply so edited my review to add the ticket number as requested. The service lacks SSTP and most servers cannot be reached from my location. A 7 day money-back guarantee is displayed on the sign-up site. There is no obvious mechanism to cancel an account in the dashboard. One support system request (which received an auto-acknowledgement of receipt) and email direct to support+id450457(at)londontrustmedia.zendesk.com requesting confirmation of refund have been ignored now for > 7 days.

I've been not been satisfied to the service and i want refund, still no answers and soon the 7days of refund time have been gone, gonna take this thing further, since it reads in their terms of policy!
