Does everything I need and more that I haven't even got round to trying out yet. Trust them with all my internet traffic and this was reinforced when they actually had a data-centre raided in russia and their response was simply 'don't worry, we don't keep anything so nothing was stolen'.
hola,queria aclarar la ultima opinion que deje aqui de esta empresa.ya hable con la persona responsable,me explico que no tienen de momento atencion al cliente en español,y yo pensaba que contestaban en español.tambien decir que nada mas enterarse de esta incidencia se puso en contacto y que no hubo ningun problema al devolver el dinero.decir que al final no hubo ningun problema con esta incidencia y todo fue perfecto por parte de ellos
Gebruik deze VPN pas 1 week had eerst problemen met installeren maar na downloaden driver toch gelukt. Moest VUZE opnieuw installeren met VPN integratie. Alles gaat goed maar heb het idee dat internet wat langzamer is. Werk met WINDOWS 7 kan misschien van invloed zijn.

The VPN is itself is okay, but they slow down speeds at inconvenient times (I'm in America and connecting to any servers on the East coat at any later than 3 in the morning is awful). This was a big issue for me because I'm up late due to the night shifts I take, but you know, they give you your money back within the first 7 days of purchase so it's okay right? Yeah nope, they have absolutely awful customer support. Tried to return it and sent a ticket only to get an email telling me that if I have any issues then I should send a ticket. Good job PIA. Seriously genius level customer support system. And when I finally did get a response after 3 days, your customer support associate asked for my Order Number which was literally the one number that was copy and pasted on the email and that I was told from your website to provide. It's now been another 2 days since any reply at all. Seriously, it takes 2 minutes tops to look at an order number and refund my money, not a week. If this is your first VPN and you plan on trying it out, don't bother. Use your money on a company that actually cares about its customers. Edit: My ticket number is 456583.
PIA just works. It's why I've always come back to it. I've tried a lot of top VPN competitors (i.e. IP Vanish, Nord VPN, Express VPN, etc...) and they're either trying to do TOO much with their product and not making it simple enough, or they're just not doing enough on the server/connection reliability front. Private Internet Access clearly knows what they're doing and I'll be a life long customer!
Connecting via my iMac, no problem. Connecting via my iPhone, no problem. Connecting via a FreeNAS machine with OpenVPN, got that working. Getting a port forwarded on the FreeNAS machine, not working, getting unauthorized user error. I have sent in two tickets asking for help with ZERO response! I need help with my issue now! Not whenever someone feels like getting around to it or never. The port-forwarding was the whole reason for signing up for this service and if it doesn't work for me the service is a waste of $.
