Service worked fine. Submitted ticked Asked for some help with an advanced problem. That was 3 days ago. No response at all other than to say someone would reach out soon. Guess soon means something different to me. Will be cancelling the service if i dont hear an acknowledgement soon.. **UPDATE** TICKET NUMBER (458571)

Connecting with Socks5 protocol did not work. I tried to cancel the service WITHIN the 7 day money back guarantee and surprise surprise their customer service never responded.

je ne suis pas convaincu , bien qu'il soit moins chére que mon vpn habituelle : aussi , je veux faire jouer mon droit de résiliation de mon contrat dans les 7 jours suivant la date de mon contrat ( 6/10/2017 ). Merci par avance. NB: je communiquerai , prochainement , ma demande de résiliation à Paypal , si je n'obtiens pas satisfaction.
