I just signed up for PIA after reading reviews. The reviews said the service was good bit the user interface was not as good as others. However, due to the fact that there are no logs, and the price is good, I signed up and it's been working like a champ. Much better than Express VPN. More reliable. Thanks.

Bought the service and could not even log in to the service. Asked for a refund a couple of days ago without a response yet. Disappointed. After this and the emails, they have reached and refunded the service. It is nice to see but should have been quicker.

While using this VPN, I could not send emails through my AirMail app and every time I tried to download something, no matter the content, my downloads would fail. I'm sure it's great at providing security while browsing online, but I email and download things for work all day and I can't keep turning this service on and off every time I need to do something. Sorry, didn't work for me.
