New customer here. Previous provider had lots of random disconnects and no socks5 support. Setup with PIA on Mac and Ubuntu was fast and simple. Have been continuously connected since installing with good speed and no drops.

No response from customer service Signed up for year subscription. Had issue with VPN not connecting the following day. Emailed company's "24/7" help line. Now going on three days later and still no response. Have requested a refund per their 7 day policy, ticket #469120

Works fine on my Android devices and Win 10 laptop but crucially not on my Win 10 desktop. I have spent several hours scouring the internet for solutions and tried everything. Sent two emails for customer support and no response 17/10/17 (464236) and 18/10/17: (465319). Heard good reviews about this software but the lack of support for the product is frustrating. UPDATE PIA got in touch and a new version of the software that works fine on 32 bit windows was released a few days after my purchase which fixed the problem and now means I am a happy customer Would be 5 stars if not for the initial blip leading to hours of install/uninstalls

I've subcribed PIA recently, and I could not connect to PIA on my Windows 10 computers. Submitted a trouble ticket and a couple of emails but have not heard back in 4 days. It is slow to resolve trouble tickets. The ticket number is 466359

Travelling throughout Europe and PIA didn't manage to connect in any country. Repeated emails to support went unanswered, apart from the bounceback inviting me to rate their service. My ticket number is 466502

Security 5/5 Customisation 5/5 Speed 5/5 Price 5/5 Mobile Support 5/5 UI 5/5 Technical Support ?/5 All around, a near perfect piece of software. Only complaint would be that PIA does not support Arch based Linux distributions. Don't get me wrong, Debian based support is great, but users who prefer Arch have to go through an individual created script. It works, but there is no graphical interface. Plus, it looks much better to have an official PIA Arch Installer. Side note, mobile version is awesome (I'm using it as I type). All-in-all, amazing. Michael Crane

As a card carrying techno-idiot I found Private Internet Access easy to pay for, download, and navigate. Its on my desk top, lap top, and cell phone. I was able to do all of this on my own without getting my 12 year old grandson to help me.

It's working perfectly, easy to set up and get going, easy to pay, great price. My only disappointment is it's showing me in New Jersey and not some out of the way place in Malaysia or something :D
