I have been trying many VPN services on the 'grass is always greener' principle but have consistently had worse service than I got with PIA. I'm now so convinced I've gone straight for an annual subscription. The plus's are that the desk top app is very straight forward to use, the service never seems to drop (something that seems to happen with others), the pricing is very competitive and is certainly great value, the support is good and last but definitely not least is the speed - Without VPN I get around 210mbps download and with PIA I consistently get around 190mbps. With other providers I got anywhere between 15mbps and 60mbps. All in all and after trying a lot of the alternatives (and I mean a lot) I can highly recommend PIA and would particularly do so to any novice user.

DOES NOT WORK. Internet runs slower. Disconnects over and over again, then won’t connect at all. Customer service doesn’t respond. Annoying to uninstall. Haven’t received my refund.
