I use only the BitTorrent proxy component of the service, but that part has been consistently fast and reliable over the last year.
Bought this in preparation for a move to Mexico. In trying it out though, found that the most important locations to me detect that I'm using a VPN and block connection. I'm regretting the two years I paid for.
Good VPN, with plenty of servers in the US. One complaint, dumps the connection frequently, don't know if that is an issue of losing internet access. One suggestion, a kill switch for apps if the service does shut down, ie torrent programs. Thanks for all you do and keep up the good work.

Works okay however have to reset the connection , either in the app or in setting in iOS on both my iPad and iPhone after a few hours. Connection just stops working
I signed up for a trial to see if it would work on my phone. It didn’t. I also was NOT refunded the money I spent, even though I canceled right away. I’m very unhappy with the service and would not recommend it because of these two reasons.
Easy to set up and run. Very good speeds, and rarely do I run into a slow server. The price is reasonable. As far ask I can see they are trustworthy.
I have been using Private Internet Access for almost two years now and it works great for me. It's easy to setup on all my devices and I can switch to different regional servers easily. The app is unobtrusive and I feel secure when I am online with PIA running. I would highly recommend this virtual private network service. Customer service is super and prompt. Just started with this VPN, so far so good.. great quality connection. Time will tell.
PIA is my second try at a VPN app. The first app was not so good. Poor performance on most sites. PIA is hugely better. I have not nor do I want to set knobs and switches to customize. So for me, PIA fits the bill. I also think PIA is more customer friendly. Good follow up to my order and a nice thank you!
