Only had the service for about a week now, worked perfectly, easy Windows install. One caveat---there is no "single payment" option for 2 years of service---you have to sign up and then cancel the renewing subscription to achieve such a thing. Just a minor inconvenience. But the pricing is phenomenal.

I had this VPN for about 4 years and decided to try another ( Nord ) VPN. What a disaster that was, went back to PIA. Much better service to install and operate. I will not try another VPN service. I rate this service 5 stars

Geworben wird mit unlimitierter Bandbreit. 100Mbit im Download werden locker erreicht. Bittorrent Support sowie Portforwarding. Einwahlsoftware mit Killswitch und DNS Leak Protection. Die Verbindung klappt eigentlich immer und bleibt stabil. Als nettes Feature wird Werbung vom VPN Anbieter aus blockiert. Alle gängigen VPN-Protokolle werden unstützt: PPTP, OpenVPN und L2TP/IPSec. Die Preise bewegen sich im Durchschnittsbereich für VPN's. Im Preis mit Inbegriffen sind 5 Geräte, was schon ganz Ordentlich ist und für 2-3 Familienmitglieder inklusive PC und Handy reicht. Über die Privatsphäre kann man leider nichts sagen, für den alltäglichen Gebrauch zum Absichern von WLAN, Country Block Umgehung sowieTracking Protection gegen Ad-Netzwerke oder für sicheres Filesharing ist es aber sicherlich geeignet. Zwar behauptet der Anbieter, keine Logfiles zu behalten, sicher gehen kann man da aber nicht.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a tech firm. Terrible communication about setup problems. And it totally rendered my email useless until I removed the product from all devices. Still having problems with it as I type. And they haven’t indicated they will refund my money. Shameful.

I've just renewed for a 2nd year with PIA and the service has been great so far. Occasionally the servers have a high latency, but it resolves in a few minutes.
