This VPN worked well for about 2 weeks then suddenly stopped connecting. Customer service has been less than helpful. I get emails from a different "tech" and the same info is requested again & again. Still no solution. I click the "support ticket" link in the email & I am asked for the same info again & again. An endless loop of no help at all. I thought it suspicious this happened about a week after the refund period (7 days) ended.
The customer service is great. My question was replied rapidly.
US Netflix is fairly slow which is a shame as this was the main purpose for purchasing. All other websites load quick and without problem. Price is fantastic for such a great experience.

Good value service.. At first i didn't understand all this tech talk over VPN'S. But after following the Website instructions, i got tunnelblic and the little green robot app installed.It works.i have hidden my ip address. My only concern is the company is based in the USA, where the N.S.A is based. I heard,the spy agency can still monitor you even if you have a VPN. I hope I'm wrong.

Finora tutto molto bene. Rispetto al precedente providere, IPVanish, molti meno problemi di raggiungibilità e di banda. Collegamenti sempre perfetti persino con la strong criptazione a 4096 bit su raspberry e su tablet dual core iutilizzando streaming Full HD. Molto soddisfatto. Spero che duri così per sempre. One of the few companies that values privacy, with a slew of payment options and proxy and dns customization as well. Speeds are very good, and the network seems to have no trouble with uptime as far as I can tell.
I’m new to VPN’s, honestly I thought it would be technical and require setups. All it took was a download of the app, and one tap of a button and it has me connected. I recommend this vpn to anyone who is scared to try it, or doesn’t know how to, super simple.
