It was ok as far as VPN's go. However, it does not work with Spotify which was a main factor for going with them in the first place. Wish I could give it more stars, but I can't.

I contemplated switching from another ExpressVPN after seeing the great reviews of PIA, but I was disappointed by the customer service and resources online. I was caught in an infinite loop of trying to read a forum thread and logging in in order to view it. There also wasn’t 24/7 live chat so the time difference made it difficult for me to get a live rep. I canceled the service.
