I am very new to the concept of using a VPN. I did a fair amount of research and asked my VPN using friends what they recommended and did my own side by side comparisons of the top titles. There are so many choices out there and there is no clear winner. It depends on your needs and the features you require. But for the price, features and ease of use, PIA was an obvious choice for me. And I'm very glad I made it. The payment and download were quick and easy. The installation and setup was even easier. The features I value the most are multiple servers both in and out of the United States and the fact that PIA does not maintain logs. And I was able to set up PIA on multiple devices with no difficulty whatsoever. I feel very confident that my Internet activity is being guarded and I have another layer of protection from hackers and unscrupulous online sources. And when I required technical support and answers to my questions, the chat feature got me in touch with a REAL person and my issues were resolved promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend PIA if you're shopping for a VPN. It's comprehensive enough to cover any online security issues you might have. But simple enough that anyone can set it up and be protected in no time at all. - Dean R -

Bonjour le vpn marche très bien mes vos débit de connexion vpn son horrible j ai la 4g+ a 12 mb/s sur vos vpn je suis limité à 2 mb/s impossible de lire un vidéo sur YouTube et sur Twitch je suis très déçu cordialement.

It's easy to use, plenty of servers to choose from, Latency it great. I use this currently on three devices, winPC, chromebook and android phone, all works nicely.

Great value for money! Better are definitely available but for the price, this one is very convenient and gets the job done without hiccups! A 4.5 would be better suited!

I use this service which is the best I have ever had. Amazon and Netflix can't track you = which is a good test to see if it is working. Once I saw there is an automatic renewal I cancelled the service, but will still have full service until the current subscription has expired in one year. Would prefer to be reminded that my subscription is soon to expire then have the option to renew, rather than automatically.

The product is good but if have an issue it's going to take 2to 3 days for a response and the response will be a repeat of what you just asked. A live chat would be great to have.

It's a great VPN provider. I'm using it for a year now. It has awesome applications on all popular platforms. All apps gives you freedom to configuration. Connection is stable and fast.
