I have tried another VPN provider but even with higher price, they are nowhere as close as PIA in speed. So I have decided to stick with PIA. It will be good if there is a livechat in PIA website as they do take some times to response to email.

I first found out about Private Internet Access from Thio Joe on YouTube. I recently viewed another YouTube VPN Tech and he spoke highly about Private Internet Access as well. I heard they were sponsored by other VPN companies, and yet they said they personally use PIA. I decided that was sufficient for me. I want what other techs use. I have enjoyed the service and it gave me a secure feeling and for my IOS devices it was so easy and there were not any complex settings adjustments to my laptop. I would definitely recommend Private Internet Acess to everyone who needs a VPN and uses the additional features readily available.

never had a good experience- they automatically renewed me- no notice and the "policy" is can refund, even if with 2 days of renewing. Its a setup to make sure they "gotcha whether you are happy with their service or not. I wasn't and now I'm especially not happy after what I consider a consumer rip off policy
