Vi prøvede NordVPN for nogle måneder siden, og bad indenfor de 30 dage om at stoppe abonnementet med deres 30-dages 100% retur, da produktet ikke var hvad vi troede det indeholdt. Herfra forsøgte de så at fejlfinde - og ikke bare annullere abonnementet, som vi efterspurgte (vi ønskede ikke produktet længere, det var ikke fordi det ikke virkede efter hensigten.) Mailen blev desværre væk i min indbakke, og da jeg senere forsøgte at gøre dem opmærksomme på at jeg fortsat gerne ville annullere mit abonnement og benytte min 30-dages fuld returret (da vi jo ikke havde benyttet produktet siden da) hvis det fortsat var muligt, gik de i gang med fejlsøgningsmodellen igen. Jeg kunne så igen oplyse dem om, at jeg ikke ønskede produktet, og derfor bare ville have mit abonnement annulleret (og også gerne pengene tilbage, som jeg jo følte mig i min fulde ret til - men som udgangspunkt bare have stoppet abonnementet). I svarmailen stod der, at nu var min automatiske betaling stoppet - flere dage senere var dette nu ikke tilfældet. Jeg har selv været inde og stoppe betalingen nu, og håber så bare at den rent faktisk er stoppet, når der om 2½ år var meningen, at der igen skulle opkræves betaling for abonnementet.

The BBC page has not been working for properly for the past week, always showing the bbc.com interface. Sometimes I can watch iplayer, but often it says I am not in the UK. I have reinstalled, tried different servers, etc., and still the same problem. Until then, although it is not very user-friendly compared to some other VPNs I've used, it was working fine and speed is almost unaffected. If they can sort it out, I'll stay, otherwise I'll go. The reply from NordVPN is useful, and quick, so I'll give them a chance to sort it out. I should also add that the app on my phone works really well.
