I had this last year...very impressed. Had a bit of a problem with activating that new code....but they solved the problem. :)
I decided to give NordVPN a try for 30 days. The application and customer service are great! However, I determined while in quarantine, I am only using my private WiFi so I am not putting the service to full use. When I can leave the house and use public WiFi again, I will definitely return.
Jessica was attentive and very helpful. I couldn't redeem a coupon and she helped me through resolving the issue. Such a star!
It's the most ripped app in the world. I was promised a free month. In the middle of the month I didn't think it made sense to have it anymore and then I wrote to them that I couldn't cancel my subscription. And what is that, u CAN'T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Timothy was very helpful in Getting me to Seth. Seth was able to cancel my Google Subscription and help me renew my subscription to NordVPN in a matter of moments. I am very happy with his service!
Customer service was great! Very easy to talk to and very accomodating. I would give a 10/10 on customer service. Nord's overall service is great if you're using it on your laptop and not on a router. Netflix access is so so but I'm here to give a thumbs up on their customer service.

Seid einem Monat kann kein Server mehr ausgewählt werden. Es wird sofort mit einem Server (Quick Connect) verbunden. Ob das der Schnellste ist ist nicht ersichtlich. Auch die Daten Weitergabe mit Wirkung vom 01.07.2020 (AGB) ist ein Grund für eine Kündigung.
