решил купить сразу на пол года подписку, и сразу понял что это самый ужасный VPN, постоянно отваливается, очень много серверов к которым не хочет подключаться. Решил вернуть деньги. Написал в поддержку, деньги не возвращают и не отвечают, ужасный VPN, не советую. ВЕРНИТЕ деньги! мой request (ID #625515)

I had a contact with their customer service and Iäve got 3 days free trial. The service was very slow and I send an email telling them the speed was slow and do they suggest any specific server, but I got no response untill now! That's very impolite. This was the email i sent: **Thank you very much, I've already tested many servers now with the NordVPN application but the highest bandwidth I get is 7,8 Mbps, knowing that my connection is 250Mbps. That is very low and unacceptable and dosn't meet my expectations at all. Would it be better if I use OpenVPN instead? Do you recommend a specific server for high throughput?

Remember what they say, you get what you pay for and that is True of Nord VPN. Terrible speed and even worse customer service. Try and get a refund.

This company has jumped on all our fears regarding the new surveillance laws shortly to be implemented in this country. NORDVPN has hit the UK with adverts and so called independent???? reviews telling you how WONDERFUL they are. Well don't be fooled for a minuet, having found all sorts of problems getting any VPN to work with a BT router which will account for a lot of people in the UK. I made sure I opted for the free trial. This option is hidden as they try to get you to pay up front without ever knowing if the thing will work. However, finally I was informed I had a 3 day free trial. Guess what?? the damn thing just sat there telling me I was unprotected with no option of connecting anywhere on the screen. I tried the "LIVE CHAT" but you know what?? they are obviously DEAD!!! I can't be bothered to waste any more time with what in my opinion is nothing but a US based rip off outfit. My conclusion is it does NOT WORK WITH A BT HUB. Don't pay them a penny until you get it working because once they have your money your probably going to fight to get a refund!! Be aware that the BT HUB is really hard to get anything to work with it so don't be fooled into paying up front for anything!!

The VPN service itself is quite good at the surface, they have good support for US netflix which is nice. However, I found the speeds to be appalling for every day use, and I had serious issues with the connection dropping multiple times per day, which makes for a good bit of time wasted when trying to get work done. When I finally went to cancel, there is no cancel option on their website, instead asking you to contact them by email to request a cancellation. I requested a cancellation and was instead asked multiple times why I was cancelling and sent links to their site advising me how to improve my speeds, though I was making it very clear that I simply wanted the recurring payment cancelled. Very frustrating customer service that led me to spend a good hour writing frustrated emails for what should have been a simple "cancel" button on their website.

Utterly terrible service. Sign up process both on program and account is also terrible. When you want to cancel ur subscription and account, u cant even do it urself!!! You are forced to contact them to cancel ur account or it keeps up a recuring payment. Thats just mentally ret.arded and its pissing on the custumor. It didnt work for me it had slow or unstable speeds and the program and account site view and browsing overall is also terrible. DONT trust these ppl, if u cant even cancel ur own account, they are only there to rip u off.
